Thats me to the right doing what I love to do...being outdoors that is...
Folks that know me know that I tend to be a bit of a wanderer. This couldn't be more true, I wouldn't have it any other way. Over the course of my life I have had the privilege of living in New Hampshire, North Carolina, and the Northwoods of Michigan. Nothing excites me more than the prospect of heading off to explore someplace new. In these albums I'll try to share a bit of that wanderlust with you.
Hiking is what I live for but I'm equally happy exploring a lighthouse or experiencing a bit of history. In my Michigan Hikes album you can explore some of the well known and lesser-known wonders of my homestate. Hikes Abroad will take you beyond the Great Lakes on some of my more recent adventures from the Northeast to the Southern Appalachians, from the Great Plains to the Rockies & desert Southwest. My other albums, Waterfalls & Lighthouses, and History Lessons are adventures both on and off-trail to some of the natural and man-made wonders that many times are hidden in plain sight.
So, if you're up for it, lace up your boots, grab your favorite hiking pole and a good map and come along with me on some of my favorite adventures. Glad to have you along!
